It won’t fit under the floor cover, you wouldn’t know you were running run flats in my experience 

I have had a puncture in a run flat, kept it inflated as best I could. After trying a couple of national and local types suppliers found one that carried out a repair.
Just replaced it this week as it was down to 2.5mm after 42,400 miles.

Can the floor of the boot hold a space saver wheel? 
I’m not a fan of run flats or glup after a bad breakdown experience
